Fountelio manufactures standard 304 stainless steel cat water fountains in six housing shapes across 2.8L, 3.0L and 3.2L capacities. Build a product range around different footprints, carton configurations and retail positions while staying within one standard 304 stainless-steel platform.
For brands and sourcing teams building premium-material cat water fountain ranges across multiple shapes.

Six Shapes
The material platform stays consistent while capacity, footprint, weight and carton configuration change across the six housings.

Balanced, symmetrical format for broad product positioning

Lower-width footprint for a different shelf and carton profile

Compact format with a more linear housing presentation

Distinctive housing for a less conventional silhouette

Upright footprint with strong front-facing product presence

Curved-front format combining capacity with a compact visual profile
Optional Configuration
Only Oval, Square and Rectangle support this verified upgrade. Round, Hexagon and Semicircle remain on the standard configuration.
Only the Oval, Square and Rectangle stainless-steel housings currently support the optional upgraded configuration. It combines an enlarged front viewing window with a revised drinking tray and a choice of four new spout designs. The verified upgraded configuration is approximately 3% higher in cost than the standard version. Buyers who prefer the classic faucet-style outlet can still select the traditional faucet configuration.

One Spout per Final Configuration
The family contains four selectable spout designs—not four outlets operating on one fountain. Flow descriptions below state only what is visibly verified.
Front-facing water presentation using the first new spout geometry.
A second front-flow profile with a different spout geometry.
Water exits from the left and right sides.
Water exits from the front plus the left and right sides.

Classic Alternative
The Oval, Square and Rectangle housings do not require buyers to use the new four-spout design family. The classic faucet-style outlet remains available for buyers who prefer the traditional raised-water presentation.
The tray configuration should follow the selected faucet or spout system and should be confirmed on the approved sample.
Capacity Map
Capacity alone does not determine the right model. Buyers should also review footprint, packed unit weight, carton quantity and how each housing fits the intended retail assortment.

Buyer note Packing configuration matters when reviewing landed cost, pallet planning and multi-SKU assortments. The data shown covers standard configurations. Final packed dimensions and weight should be reconfirmed for the optional enlarged-window, new-spout and revised-tray upgrade.
Range Planning
Start with the role the model needs to play in your range, then verify the packing data before sample approval.
Choose the silhouette and front-facing footprint that support the intended shelf position.
Use 2.8L, 3.0L or 3.2L to structure entry, core and larger-capacity options.
Review units per carton, packed weight and carton dimensions before freight planning.
Use more than one housing shape to expand assortment breadth within one material platform.
Use Oval, Square or Rectangle when the range needs the enlarged front window and new multi-flow spout options. Keep the other shapes standard for a simpler assortment.
OEM & Private Label
Start with the housing shape and capacity that fit your market, then confirm the available fountain configuration, branding and packaging requirements before sample approval.
Sample Approval
For stainless-steel models, sample review should cover more than water flow. For the optional upgrade, confirm the enlarged window, selected spout and matched tray as one approved configuration, then verify the resulting product and pack against the quotation.

Manufacturing Process
Once the shape and approved specification are confirmed, the project moves through component preparation, assembly, inspection and packing according to the selected configuration.
