Questions about this model
Does it need to stay plugged in?
No. The 4000mAh battery supports cordless operation. It needs recharging, and runtime depends on the selected mode and how frequently the fountain runs. Request a mode-specific runtime check if you need a claim for your packaging.
Is it the same as a wireless-pump fountain?
No. Cordless describes operation from the rechargeable battery. It does not mean the pump connection is wireless. For that configuration, see our wireless-pump series.
Can I order it with my own brand?
Yes. We can discuss logo placement, packaging and instruction requirements. Send the intended market, quantity and selected configuration so the quotation matches what you plan to sell.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 10 cartons. At 20 units per carton, that is 200 SPF-01-TR fountains.
How long do samples and bulk production take?
A sample with your logo printed on the product takes approximately one week. Bulk production is usually completed within two weeks. We will confirm the schedule for your order in the quotation.
